schmaz stands for «schwuler männerchor zürich», that is to say, «gay men’s choir zürich». We consist of some 45 gay singers under our musical director and conductor, Ernst Buscagne. We take pride in our diverse musical repertoire, reciting compositions from the Medieval through to the Contemporary Classic, folk-song, the American Songbook as well as 80’s & 90’s hits.
